WATRLINE recently collaborated with The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach. The 15 standalone villas were designed by renowned Italian master architect Piero Lissoni. Model Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber were among a select group of other notable residents, including MLB Hall of Famer Mike Piazza and the CEO and chairman of American Eagle Outfitters, Jay Schottenstein.
The Residences offers personalized services such as Miami Beach concierge for beach access and resort-style amenities, including outdoor showers designed by WATRLINE. The Residences is tropically landscaped with a rooftop pool deck offering stunning views of Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, and Biscayne Bay.
While there are many luxury residential developments in Miami, few stand out quite as well as the specific Italian architectural design by Lissoni and executive architect Ralph Choeff. The Residences were recently ranked as the #1 residential development in Miami Beach by Elite Traveler.
Both the architecture-urban design and infinity swimming pool with terrace were IDA award winners. The model units were all fully furnished by leading Italian companies.
